【2026/04/27】COLOMBIA Peñas Blancas Geisha Fermented Washed

この豆と出会ったのは、大阪万博が開催されていた昨年夏。

インポーターのロハスビーンズ様が、特別開催でコロンビアパビリオン内でニュークロップのカッピング会を実施された時です。

ロハスビーンズはコロンビアに特化したスペシャルティーコーヒーインポーターですが、特にコンペティションロットやプレミアムナノロットなど、稀少で貴重な豆の取り扱いが豊富です。

このPeñas Blancas Geisha は、30種類以上のオファーサンプルから、僕とリロ珈琲喫茶のバリスタであるエレンの2人で探し出した豆。

喫茶の雰囲気やラインナップ、味わいのイメージとバランス、サイフォンで抽出した時の温度帯の印象など、リロ珈琲喫茶でこそ更に楽しめるであろう豆をチョイスしています。

We first came across this coffee last summer, during the Expo 2025 Osaka.

At the Colombia Pavilion, our importer, Lohas Beans, hosted a special cupping session featuring their newest crop.

Lohas Beans specializes in Colombian specialty coffee,
with a remarkable selection of rare and exceptional lots, including competition lots and premium nano lots.

This Peñas Blancas Geisha was discovered from over 30 offer samples,
carefully selected by myself and Ellen, a barista at LiLo Coffee Kissa.

We chose this coffee with the Kissa in mind—
its atmosphere, its lineup, and the balance of flavors we wanted to express.
We also considered how it evolves through different temperature ranges, especially when brewed with a siphon,
so that it can be enjoyed even more fully in that setting.
