このロットも非常に面白い豆だった。

生豆の香り自体は、それほど特筆すべき香りがあるわけではなくごくごく綺麗な生豆という印象。焼き心地も綺麗に爆ぜるし、ウォッシュトを焼いているような爽快感もある。

ただ、液体にした瞬間にそのポテンシャルは開放されてとんでもないインパクトがあるコーヒーになるのである。楽しいコーヒー。サーマルショックの可能性を本当に実感できる豆。

When roasters hear the name El Paraiso Farm, I think many of them get excited.
Of course, everyone has their own preferences when it comes to flavor, but there’s no denying that this farm has continued to release truly innovative coffees into the world. It is a farm that keeps making a strong impact.

This lot was also an incredibly interesting coffee.

The aroma of the green beans themselves was not especially striking at first. Rather, they gave the impression of being very clean, beautiful green beans. During roasting, they cracked cleanly and smoothly, with the refreshing feeling of roasting a washed coffee.

But the moment it becomes a liquid, its full potential is released—and it turns into a coffee with an incredible impact.
It is simply a fun coffee. A lot that truly lets you feel the possibilities of thermal shock processing.
