京都には、風景や自然に四季折々の美しさがあります。
その中にあるIN THE COFFEE KYOTOの“空気”を、一枚のてぬぐいに描き出しました。
イラストは、「THISISOSAKA」シリーズのブックレットで大阪のモチーフをかわいく描いてくださった タダユキヒロさん。
染めには、LiLo Coffee Roastersで廃棄予定だったサンプル豆を再利用し、コーヒー染めに仕上げています。
手に取るたび、やさしい色と風合いが少しずつ馴染んでいく。
使うほどに“育つ”一枚として、お楽しみください。

Kyoto’s scenery and nature hold a different kind of beauty in every season.
This tenugui captures the atmosphere of IN THE COFFEE KYOTO as an original all-over pattern.
The illustration is by Tadayukihiro, who also created artwork for our “THISISOSAKA” series.

For the dyeing, we upcycled sample coffee beans that were originally going to be discarded at LiLo Coffee Roasters.
The fabric is coffee-dyed by Fukui Press, a dye workshop in Higashi-Osaka.
Soft in color and rich in character, it gently becomes more familiar the more you use it—
a piece meant to be “grown” over time.
