なんでLiLoは、
こんな空気なんだろう？ Why does LiLo feel like this?

みなさんがLiLoを知ったのはいつですか？どうしてLiLoを好きになってくれたのでしょう？

When did you first discover LiLo? What made you fall in love with it?

ぼくも、もともとはLiLo Coffee Roastersに通う一人のコーヒー好きでした。

I was once just another coffee lover who visited LiLo Coffee Roasters.

— あの頃、まだお客さんだったぼくの記憶 —

コーヒーを同時に何杯も淹れながらお客さんと楽しげに話す、カウンターのバリスタさん。コーヒーを飲みながらバリスタさんと話していたら、いつの間にか他の初対面のお客さんとも一緒に盛り上がっている。テラスでは、外国人のお客さん（こちらもこの日が初対面！）たちがベンチにチェス盤を開いて真剣勝負中。

Baristas chatting happily with customers while brewing several cups at once. You'd start talking with a barista, and before you knew it, you'd be laughing together with someone you'd never met before. Outside on the terrace, complete strangers from different countries would somehow end up playing chess together.

LiLoのそんな、オープンで自由な空気が大好きでした。（そして、何よりコーヒーが衝撃的においしい！）

I loved that open, welcoming atmosphere. (And of course... the coffee completely blew me away.)

「なんでLiLoはそんな空気を作りだせるんだろう？」「美味しいだけで終わらないコーヒーってすごい！」そんなことを思いながら通っていたら、気づいたらLiLoではたらいていました。

I kept wondering, "What makes LiLo feel like this?" "How can coffee become something that's about so much more than just taste?" I came back again and again. And somehow... I ended up working here.

入る前から好きだったのに、LiLoに入ってからの方が、何倍も好きになってます。

I loved LiLo before I joined the team. But somehow, I love it even more now.

そして、はたらいてみて気づいたことがあります。LiLoのあの"楽しい空気"って、スタッフだけで作ってるのではなかったんです。お店に来てくださるみなさんも、一緒になって作っている。だからLiLoって、来る人のエネルギーがどこか似ている気がするんですよね〜。

After working here, I realized something. That joyful atmosphere at LiLo isn't created by the staff alone. It's created together with everyone who walks through the door. And maybe that's why the people who gather here all seem to share a similar kind of energy.

美味しいコーヒーを飲んだら、「うわ、おいしい！」って素直に言える人。コーヒーのカラフルな味わいにワクワクできる人。お気に入りの一杯を見つけたら、「これめっちゃ良かった！」って、つい誰かに話したくなる人。そんな人たちが、LiLoには自然と集まっている気がするんです。

They're the kind of people who can honestly say, "Wow, this is delicious!" People who get excited by discovering colorful new coffee flavors. People who find a favorite cup and immediately want to tell someone else about it. Those kinds of people somehow find their way to LiLo.

つまり、「楽しいことが好きな人」？いや、もう少しだけ正確に言うと、「自分も、人も楽しませることが好きな人」が多いのかなと思います。みなさんはどう思いますか？

So maybe they're just people who love having fun? Hmm, maybe it's a little more than that. I think they're people who genuinely enjoy making life more fun, not only for themselves, but for the people around them too. What do you think?

ぼくが見たLiLoを届けたい。 I want to share the LiLo I get to see.

ぼくには、この部屋でひとつやりたいことがあります。LiLoを好きでいてくれるみなさんに、もっとLiLoを好きになってもらうこと。

There's one thing I really hope to do through this room. I want everyone who already loves LiLo to love it even more.

ぼくは今でも、会議で飛び出した一言に驚いて、新しい企画が生まれる瞬間にワクワクして、スタッフ同士の会話の中に発見があって、そのたびにLiLoに惚れ直しています。

Even now, I still find myself surprised by something someone says in a meeting. I still get excited watching new ideas come to life. I still discover something new just by listening to conversations between our team. And every time it happens, I fall in love with LiLo all over again.

そんな景色をぼくだけが知っているのって、なんだかめっちゃもったいない！

Keeping those moments to myself just feels like such a waste.

この景色を知ってもらえたら、みなさんはきっと、今よりもっとLiLoを好きになってくれる。ぼくは、本気でそう思っています。

If I can share the moments I get to witness every day, I truly believe you'll fall even deeper in love with LiLo too. I honestly do.

ぼくが「これは伝えたい！」と思ったことを、できるだけ熱々のままこの部屋に持ってきます。

So whenever I come across something that makes me think, "I have to tell everyone about this," I'll bring it here, as fresh as I possibly can.
